Professional Services for Document Translation, Notarization, and Apostille

International communication and business operations often require the translation of various documents. The quality and accuracy of the translation directly impact the successful completion of legal and administrative procedures not only in Armenia but also abroad. Notarization and the affixing of an apostille play a key role in this process.

Notarization of translations

serves as a guarantee of their legal validity. A notary certifies the translation performed by a licensed translator, whose qualifications are trusted by the notary. This is necessary to ensure the acceptance of the translation by government bodies and institutions in different countries.

An apostille

is a certification that authenticates a document for international use. These procedures are regulated by the Hague Convention of 1961. An apostille is affixed to official documents, allowing them to be recognized in the member countries of the Convention without additional legalization.

Professional services for translation, notarization, and apostille provide a comprehensive approach to document support for international projects. This helps minimize risks related to the legal and administrative requirements of different countries.

How do we assist?

Before accepting a request

for translation, notarization, or apostille of documents, our lawyers and financial consultants conduct a consultation regarding the purpose of the request. Often, clients are unaware that they may need to prepare documents in a different format or provide additional supporting documents.

Our company cooperates with

notaries and licensed translators to properly arrange the required documents.

Speed

If necessary to process everything urgently, we offer the "Urgent Translation and Notary" service. Everything will be handled as quickly as possible.

Remote order processing and delivery

If you wish to order services without visiting our office, the translator’s office, the notary, or the Ministry of Justice, we offer "Remote Processing" and "Processing by Power of Attorney" services.

"Remote Processing" means that you will not need to personally visit any offices to arrange the documents, except in cases where your personal signature must be provided in the presence of a notary.

"Processing by Power of Attorney" is used when the client cannot or does not want to personally attend, and by issuing a notarized or handwritten power of attorney, the trusted representative will handle everything quickly and independently.
